Jerad Finck: Spokane-based pop artist releases new chill alternative electro-pop single "Home"

Jerad Finck

Growing up in Spokane, Jerad Finck has been making music his whole life from starting off with the trumpet to heavily playing jazz until he started his first rock band in college.  The electropop artist has been touring non-stop since the release of his self-titled debut album.  He has opened for acts like Daughtry, Christina Perri, Edwin McCain, Sister Hazel, DADA, Vertical Hornizon, Christina Perri, Parachute, One EskimO, Ingrid Michaelson, Matt Hires, Red Wanting Blue, Ron Pope, Cracker, Ingram Hill, Tony Lucca and many others.

His first radio released, entitled, “Runaway” was the #1 independent song in the nation and charted on the Mediabase Adult Contemporary chart as well as The Billboard Hot AC chart.

Finck’s second stint at radio was the single “Criminal,” which became a wild success on the radio with sales of fifteen thousand and climbing, impacting the billboard chart in Hot AC and Top 40.  Jerad’s next single, “New Kids” released in early 2019 has already sold 50k units along with the SEAWAVES remix of “New Kids.”  The song debuted on Billboard at #49 and impacted the Mediabase Top 40 and iTunes Top 200.

Currently, Finck has signed an Album deal for 2019 with OneRPM under Chris Allen and is set to release the second single off it, “Home.”

This electro-pop track retains a cool alternative pop appeal with chill electro-synths.  The song is about finding your way back to what matters, no matter the conflict, no matter the fight, no matter the cost.

“Home” contains an atmospheric and ambient air to the synths.  The electronic beats are mellow and has a downtempo vibe.  Finck’s vocals are emotional and evoke a powerful range tinged with longing and regret.  The music is dynamic and free-flowing with rich harmonies and a real cool vibe that carries with chill undertones.

This is a mellow score.  The song will resound long after the record has stopped spinning.

The sound on “Home” is airy and soulful.  The electronic soundscape has an overall thrilling and soaring vibe.

This is dynamic music done right.

Jerad Finck penned the single with the help of writers/producers Steven Solomon and Jake Newton.
