7.  The dissenters hanged in the church

While it is good to know that Luke is alive, it is scary and sad to learn about the hardships he had to endure on his journey too.  In episode seven "The Other Side" Luke is speaking with Zoe who tells him what happened to a town who rebelled and tried to protect their fertile women.  All of the dissenters were killed and hanged in the church rafters and they were left there to serve as a lesson to anyone who would dare challenge this regime.
