You know his name, you know his sound, but who is James Dupré?

First, let's talk about why you know him. The YouTube sensation hit it big over a decade ago garnering millions of listeners. James appeared on Ellen in 2010 and got his first record deal in 2011.

Why would be pick this cover of a Blake Shelton song out of all his work? James was also on The Voice the season Gwen and Blake hooked up - better known as the season of Jordan Smith. The Blind Auditions got him a four-chair turn, with Blake as the holdout and evolved into an epic battle between Adam and Blake. And while Blake usually wins country artists, James went rogue with Team Adam.

Being eliminated during the Battle Rounds didn't slow James down one bit!

James is very proud of his album Stoned to Death. As a writer on 7 of the 10 tracks on his new album, he co-wrote the others with hit-makers Neal Coty, Jessi Alexander and it is produced by Jordan Lehning.
