Chef Robert Irvine chats with about new healthy sides available at Walmart

Not only is Chef Robert Irvine a staple on the Food Network, appearing on shows like Dinner: Impossible, Worst Cooks in America, Restaurant: Impossible, A Hero's Welcome, All-Star Academy, Guy's Grocery Games and Chopped: Impossible, but also, as of Sept. 2016 he stars in his own daytime talk show which currently airs weekdays on The CW titled The Robert Irvine Show. He also just opened up a restaurant in the Pentagon. If that isn’t enough to keep this gentle giant busy, he has also developed some delicious fresh meals called Sidekicks that are now available in fresh food aisle at Walmart.

While speaking with he spoke about his love of food and fitness, showed us how for busy families to use his easy-to-follow and how these new products are worthwhile.

Sidekicks were born out of necessity as many people told Chef Irvine that they do not have time to make healthy food.

“This is Sidekicks. In under ten minutes, restaurant quality food for less than $7,” said Chef Irvine.

He then demonstrated how convenient Sidekicks are, and then went on to discuss his favorite meal which is roast chicken and mashed potatoes, offer advice to would-be chefs and speak of his love and appreciation for our brave men and women in uniform.
