Khloe Kardashian’s best friend, Malika Haqq, is opening up to her fans after she was arrested earlier this week.
According to US Weekly, Haqq crashed her Mercedes Benz on the 101 freeway in Los Angeles on Thursday at 3 am. The California Highway Patrol report said that Haqq showed "objective signs of intoxication" and she was subsequently arrested for DUI.
Haqq is currently starring on the Kardashian spin-off series, Dash Dolls, and makes frequent appearances on Keeping up with the Kardashians. She has also appeared in the films ATL and Sky High.
The reality star was released later that day on $30,000 bail, and now she is apologizing for her actions via her Twitter account.
“I never imagined I would have to apologize for poor behavior and today I am thankful to be alive to say I am sorry for my actions,” Haqq wrote on social media. “My bruises don’t meet my shame. Learn from the errors in my ways… Save others save yourself. #BeSafe.”
