Last week supermodel Kendall Jenner got her first tattoo.
According to Harper's Bazaar, the reality star went with pal Hailey Baldwin to New York-based tattoo artist, Jon Boy, at West 4 Tattoo on June 16.
Baldwin got her tattoo first, which she showed on her Snapchat story. Her tattoo is a small, lowercase g behind her ear to honor Georgia, her pastor's young daughter who is battling a brain tumor. In the Snapchat video, Baldwin exclaims, "We love you Chad and Julia!", when the tattoo is finished. This was not Baldwin's first tattoo.
When it was 19-year-old Jenner's turn, she got a small white dot inked on the inside of her middle finger. Jenner called the tattoo, "f***ing badass."
Though this is the first tattoo Jenner has officially gotten, it is not the first time she ever thought about one.
Us Weekly reported that back in 2011 for her 16th birthday, Jenner had asked for a tattoo. Parents Kris and Bruce Jenner both agreed and signed a consent form.
Jenner wanted the French words vous tees belles, translated to English as "you are beautiful," on the back of her neck.
Mario Barth, who was supposed to do the original tattoo, said that the reality star kept saying, 'I don't feel 100 percent. Can I wait?'."
While the cameras rolled for Kendall's sweet sixteen special of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Jenner ultimately ended up chickening out.
For the recent tattoo parlor trip, Boy posted many pictures to his Instagram, such as the one below.
